Through its established network, Faithful Investments purchases properties at 30% to 50% of market value. Working with city officials, city and state programs as well as colleges and universities, Faithful Investments is dedicated to doing its part in continuing the renewal of urban neighborhoods.

For the past 6 years Faithful Investments has focused primarily in the Philadelphia market, operating in two separate and distinct niche markets; low income housing and college housing for students.

Today Faithful Investments still has a strong emphasis in the Philadelphia market and has become a leading company within the Student Housing niche. In addition, FI is in the process of expanding its portfolio to new high growth markets.
